Over the course of more than 30 stakeholder engagement meetings, workshops and walking tours, we created a set of viable actions focused on resolving the town's issues by more effectively using its strengths. Client: Kilkenny County Council

This was Ireland's first county SME plan. Its creation necessitated an innovative methodology involving comprehensive data analysis, stakeholder engagement and the screening of possible actions via corporate strategy tools. As part of the project, the 2026-2027 strategic plan for Limerick LEO was also completed. Client: Limerick City and County Council

Working with local stakeholders, we created a comprehensive interpretation strategy for Kilkenny's medieval city walls aimed at providing strong social, conservation and economic benefits. Client: Kilkenny County Council

By working closely with staff we were able to ensure that proposed actions were desirable, feasible and viable. A competitor analysis of the emerging Film in Limerick Strategy was also provided as part of this project. Client: Innovate Limerick
